We do not claim we are specialists in all the industries, but we use common sense and transferable skills to be the best in a number of them.

Currently, around 80 percent of all our executive search and recruitment projects are completed in one of our three prime market specializations: Hightech & Technology, Industrial and Consumer Manufacturing (electronic, mechanical, automotive, food, packaging) and Financial Services & Retail Banking.

In addition to our core expertise, we also work with clients from within the renewable energies, pharma and healthcare, media as well as online sectors.

With thorough market research, felxibility and sound judgement we are excited to pro-actievly support our existing as well as our new clients. As a general rule, we enjoy strengthening our core specializations but do not shy away from interesting assignments and expanding on our sector know-how further.
