We have accompanied our clients over the years into numerous markets and successfully recruited senior and middle management executives for various positions in Austria, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Our focus, however, is Central and Eastern Europe and this is where we feel most at home. Our first executive search projects in the CEE date back to 1997. A lot has changed since then and what used to be one big melting pot, now constitutes multiple individual markets characterized by their individual dynamics and local pecularities.

In addition to the CEE we are also active with some of our selected customers in the Emerging Markets including North Africa and the Middle East.
