We meet with the new entrepreneur and pro-actively assess the business concept, often breaking it into little pieces. We listen and inquire into the validity, lifetime and potential success of the idea, and we spend significant amount of time, making sure that the new entrepreneur understands the reality of entrepreneurship, the work load and the life style that come with it.

We focus from the beginning on the overall business, creating a set of steps which need to be accomplished over time, but more importantly we concentrate on what is important during the initial pre-start-up and start-up phases.

Together, we research the idea, gather valuable information and create an array of checklists. We look at your future business from a helicopter perspective and create an action plan which focuses on your initial concept, your commercial success and how the organization can be successfully developed around it.
